Return and Refund Policy

Return Requests

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items caused by the customer
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or customized products
- Items returned without contacting us first
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
